I ordered from driduck.com and had a question about my order, but getting someone to reply was such a hassle!! I emailed multiple times and mostly just sat there waiting with no real answer. Frustrating experience overall. If something goes wrong, I definitely wouldn’t count on getting quick help!!

The jacket looked okay at first, but I wasn’t totally sure about the quality once I tried it on, and the sizing was off for me. I figured exchanging it would be simple, but the return instructions were kind of unclear and it ended up taking longer than expected. I had to email customer service and just wait around for a response. Not a terrible experience, but definitely more hassle than I expected for a basic size swap

"It’s okay, but something feels off"
I was able to find what I needed eventually, so it works, but the whole site just felt kind of clunky to use. Pages were loading slower than I expected, and it definitely got a little frustrating after a while.

"Shipping is taking way too long"
I placed my order days ago and it still hasn’t arrived, and the lack of clear updates makes it even more frustrating. I’m sure other customers don’t want to be left guessing either, so better tracking or more communication would really help.

"Mostly right, but not quite"
My order from driduck.com was mostly fine. The size and quantity were right, and it got here in a reasonable amount of time. One item was a different color than the one I picked though, which was annoying. I didn’t really want to go through a return over just that, so I kept it. Overall, not a bad experience, but compared to other orders I’ve had..

I was trying to send this as a gift, but there really wasn’t any way to personalize it, which was disappointing. The gift options felt bare minimum, and I also got the feeling there might be extra charges tucked in somewhere if I tried to do anything beyond the basics.

"Fell apart fast, and nobody seems to own the issue"
I bought a jacket from DRI DUCK and expected it to last a lot longer. After just a few wears, the seams started coming apart and the zipper got rough really quickly. What made it more frustrating was trying to figure out who was actually responsible for helping with it, there didn’t seem to be any clear ownership of the problem. For the price, I thought the quality and support would be better.

"Not enough choices for me"
I was browsing driduck.com hoping to find a jacket and maybe a couple work shirts, but I don’t know, the selection just felt kind of limited to me. A lot of the items looked similar, and I couldn’t really find many colors or styles that stood out.
Maybe I’m just being picky or maybe I caught it at a bad time, but it didn’t feel like a great site for casually browsing. If you already know exactly what you want, it might be fine, but I ended up leaving without buying anything.

It’s not bad at all, just not something I’d get super excited about. The quality feels okay for what it is, but I was expecting a little more. It does the job, though.

It was decent for the first few months, but it did start wearing out eventually. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, just kind of average. Compared to some others I’ve had, it’s maybe... well, it held up okay for a bit, but I expected a little more.

I ordered my usual size because it was supposed to fit true to size, but that promise didn’t really hold up. The jacket was way too tight in the shoulders and just felt off overall. Frustrating when you trust the sizing and it still doesn’t fit right.

"Looks okay but didn’t really do the job"
I thought this jacket would be warmer because it looks kind of thick, but once I wore it outside, I was still cold. It also got soaked in just light rain, which surprised me since I figured a jacket should handle that. The wind seemed to go right through it too. Maybe it’s fine for dry weather, but I feel like I wasted my money

"Really not comfy"
I bought one of their jackets it just feels stiff and kind of awkward on. The sleeves rubs against me when I move, and after a little while it gets annoying to wear. For the price, I really thought it would feel better. I wouldn’t buy another one.

"Material feels cheap and way too stiff"
I was a little disappointed with the fabric on this. It has that cheap, rough kind of feel to it, and instead of being soft or comfortable, it felt really stiff right away. I kept hoping it might loosen up a bit or feel better once I had it on for a while, but it just wasn’t comfy at all. The material is definitely the main thing that bothered me.

"Nice jacket, but I expected more for the price"
The jacket looks nice and fits well, but for what I paid, I expected better quality. It just doesn’t feel worth the price, and I’m disappointed. If I had known it would feel this average in person, I probably would’ve looked elsewhere. I may reach out to customer service because this really doesn’t feel like good value for the money.

"Color didn’t match the photos"
Just a heads up for anyone looking at this jacket: I ordered the one that looked like a dark olive in the pictures, but when it arrived, it was much closer to brown. It really didn’t look like the website photos at all. I was disappointed, i probably won’t order from here again. If you’re picky about color, I’d be cautious before buying...
